NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 4 participants per organization

IMPLEMENTATION TIME: 01-08 April, 2025.

OVERVIEW:

Educating young people on the practical application of entrepreneurial skills has become increasingly vital, particularly for starting new businesses. The growth of small businesses, often fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit, not only stimulates the economy by creating jobs but also provides a pathway for marginalized groups such as minorities, immigrants, and the economically disadvantaged to advance into the middle class. Our organization primarily focuses on young individuals with limited opportunities, including those with migrant backgrounds, NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), and those from rural or remote areas. We recognize the urgent need to support them in navigating the labor market by inspiring and empowering them to establish their own businesses, take initiative, and be proactive.

Entrepreneurship represents a significant opportunity for many unemployed individuals to rebuild their lives through self-employment and business creation. Therefore, our training course is designed to promote entrepreneurship and develop entrepreneurial skills and practical manner. Participants will engage in various activities and exercises that emphasize real-world application and experiential learning over theoretical study. We firmly believe that entrepreneurship is a skill that can be taught and learned. Through this course, we aim to demonstrate that practical experience can effectively awaken the entrepreneurial spirit in participants, fostering the ideal types of entrepreneurial behavior.
