PROJECT LOCATION: Marrakech, Morocco

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 6 participants per organization

IMPLEMENTATION TIME: 08-19 April, 2025.

OVERVIEW: Imagine the vast and diverse landscapes of our planet, rich with natural beauty and vibrant life. Yet, beneath this beauty lies a grave threat plastic pollution. From the tallest mountains to the deepest oceans, plastic waste has infiltrated every corner of our world, leaving a devastating impact on the environment. Marine animals become ensnared in plastic debris, coastlines are marred with waste, and communities everywhere feel the repercussions.

The urgency to address plastic pollution is undeniable. Each year, millions of tons of plastic enter our oceans, endangering marine life, disrupting ecosystems, and compromising the well-being of people globally. Our project recognizes the critical need for immediate and decisive action to combat this escalating environmental crisis.

We aim to raising awareness and promoting sustainable practices to significantly reduce plastic waste. By fostering collaboration and developing innovative solutions, we aim to make a profound impact in the fight against plastic pollution. Our ultimate goal is to ensure a cleaner, healthier environment for future generations through dedicated efforts and meaningful change.

We are looking for partners from Program Countries and Third Countries not associated who share a commitment to combating plastic pollution. Ideal partners include organizations with expertise in environmental conservation, sustainable development, youth empowerment, and community engagement.
